Appointment Policy

In order to provide the very best service to our clients and patients, we ask that you please make an appointment for your pet. Patients are seen in the following order: Emergencies, Appointments and Walk-Ins.

Payment Policy

• Payment is due when services are rendered or at discharge.
• We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care Credit.
• Treatment plans will be gladly provided upon request.
• CareCredit – Vilonia Animal Clinic participates in CareCredit’s 3 month, 6 month, & 12 month No Interest Payment Plans, as well as all Extended Payment Plans.
• CareCredit Transaction Eligibilty:
• All transactions eligible for 3 months No Interest
• $700 or more eligible for the 6 months No Interest
• $1,000 or more  eligible for the 12 month No Interest and all extended plans
• Apply for CareCredit on-line at  www.carecredit.com, or with a receptionist.

Leash/Kennel Policy

For the safety and general well being for all animals and people in our clinic, we ask that you please leash or kennel your pet during your visit.  If you need to borrow a kennel or a leash during your visit, please inform the receptionists and one will be provided.
